“Edgar Dunor, a writer of detective novels, and his faithful assistant Doum, thwart the plans of mad scientist Tenebrax, who is plotting to take over Paris. Tenebrax lives in a huge underground metropolis secretly connected to the Paris Subway, and controls an army of giant, intelligent rats.
Tenebrax was originally serialized in "Chouchou" in 1963, but was not completed when the magazine folded. The end of the story was then published the following year in the Italian magazine "Linus".

Tenebrax was eventually collected in the graphic novel format by SERG in 1966.”
